Saba Owji comes from a background of 12 years in the building engineering and construction industry and brings her consulting, negotiating, project and contract management skills to bear when working with her real estate clients.

Saba Owji attended university for Architecture followed by Building Engineering for her Undergraduate programs and Civil Engineering for her Masters program at the University of Toronto. She also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and has worked many years in the construction industry in capacities that include consulting engineering, project management, maintenance and rehabilitation coordination and contract management for both the private and the public sectors. Since 2016, Saba Owji has also been volunteering her time as the Marketing Lead for the Construction Community of the PMI Toronto Chapter. Her unique background in the building industry and over a decade of experience in different aspects of construction gives her a very unique insight into how to bargain, protect clients, find the best deals and market properties and makes her especially suited to serve real estate buyers, sellers and investors.

Saba Owji entered the Real Estate world in order to follow her long time passion for buildings and homes, meet new people and help clients accomplish homeownership with a unique experience and hasn’t looked back.

Saba Owji is married and lives in the GTA with her spouse and amazing daughter. She spends her free time gardening, cooking, baking, reading, volunteering and most importantly parenting and spending time with her family and friends.
